WELCOME TO
ARC
Welcome to our office! We are glad that you chose us for your rheumatological concerns. We are pleased to have you as a new patient. Your initial Rheumatologic evaluation may require approximately 1 to 2 hours for the first visit. Please download and carefully fill out your new patient forms and bring it to your new patient visit along with any x-rays, MRI, bone density reports and labs that you may want to share with your provider pertaining to your condition. This will enable us to spend more time with you concerning your present illness and to focus on your specific problems. Please note that because of our medical specialty, sometimes emergencies do arise which may lead to extended wait times. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please allot for approx. up to 2 hours in our Center when scheduled with a provider.
We look forward to meeting you soon.
